MILOŠ BAŠIĆ (SRB)

Miloš is an experienced coach and analyst with a rich football career that began in the youth teams of the Belgrade club FK Čukarički. He also played for the youth national teams of Serbia. After several years in senior football, an unexpected injury redirected him toward a professional career in coaching and analysis. His work with young talents has yielded top-level results: among his former trainees are prominent names in European football, such as Sergej Milinković-Savić (Al-Hilal SFC), Dušan Vlahović (Juventus), Nikola Milenković (Nottingham Forest FC), Andrija Živković (FC PAOK), Marko Grujić (FC Porto), and many others. Miloš’s extensive international experience includes working on four continents at clubs like New York Red Bull (USA), Qingdao Jonoon FC (China), Baniyas Club FC (UAE), Asteras Tripoli (Greece), FC Partizan (Serbia), as well as with the Football Associations of Serbia and Kuwait. He holds an instructor’s UEFA B and A coaching licenses and passes on his invaluable experience, expertise, and passion for football to his students, contributing significantly to their professional development.

HRVOJE JOZAK (HRV)

Hrvoje is an expert in football analytics and scouting, one of the first professional analysts in the Balkans. He gained his valuable experience mostly at Dinamo Zagreb, where he significantly contributed to the club’s long-standing dominance in Croatia. Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as deputy head of the football academy, head of the analytics department, and head of the scouting department. He has collaborated with many renowned Croatian coaches, including Damir Krznar, Zoran Mamić, Zlatko Kranjčar, Nenad Bjelica, Nikola Jurčević, and others. He also worked as a coach/analyst for the Kuwait national football team. As a football analytics lecturer, he has cooperated with the Croatia FA. He is also a co-author of the book Football Analysis.

SANEL KONJEVIĆ (SVN)

Sanel is a graduate economist who has gained extensive experience in several key roles within club football. After ending his playing career, he took on the role of technical director at the former Ljubljana first league club Interblock. He then accepted the challenge at Ljubljana’s Olimpija, where he worked as the club’s director. Later, he swapped office duties for the football pitch and continued his career as a football coach. He is currently the assistant coach of Iranian champions FC Tractor. As a coach, he has also worked with clubs such as Interblock, Brinje Grosuplje, Ilirija, and Radomlje. He holds a UEFA PRO coaching license and has vast experience in football analytics and scouting. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with several sports analytics companies in the United Kingdom, focusing on data analysis and performance analysis of football. He worked as a video scout for English club FC Brentford for five years.

JASMIN OSMANOVIĆ (HRV)

Jasmin holds a master’s degree in kinesiology and initially developed his extensive football knowledge in the youth teams of Dinamo Zagreb and the youth selections of the Croatian national football team. Later, he improved his knowledge by working in the senior teams of Dinamo, Osijek and Turkish Trabzonspor. He has been a longtime member of the coaching staff of the renowned Croatian coach Nenad Bjelica, gaining valuable experience in European competitions such as the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League. Jasmin is highly proficient in various computer programs for football analysis and scouting. He is currently employed by the Bahrain Football Association as the head of match analysis while simultaneously working as a scout for FK Sarajevo. Additionally, he serves as an external collaborator at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, specializing in football.

NIKOLA D. LEPOSAVIĆ (SRB)

Nikola is a certified football coach who further enhanced his education with a sports management degree and numerous football courses in Germany and England. He has gained extensive experience over many years holding various roles within the football world. He started as a youth coach, working with clubs, football association, and at FC Barcelona’s international summer football camps. He later excelled as a coach-analyst and boasts the title of world champion with the Serbian U20 national football team. Nikola continued his career as an assistant coach of the senior team of Red Star Belgrade, winning three national championship titles. He also gained experience competing in the group stages of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League with the same club. He holds valuable international work experience and has collaborated with top-level players. Nikola also served as a lecturer for UEFA coaching education programs for licenses B, A, and PRO (Serbia FA). He currently serves as the coordinator of the scouting department at FC Red Star Belgrade.

MARIO MILANIĆ (SVN)

Mario is a professional football analyst who continued his university education in Germany, where he earned a degree as a certified video analyst in professional football. He began his career as a football analyst as an intern at the Slovenian club NK Maribor. Later, he became the professional analyst for the senior team of NK Maribor, with whom he won two national championships and competed in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. He also worked as a senior team analyst at NK Celje and FC Baniyas. Mario gained valuable experience as a scout at a well-known regional sports agency. He has been continuously improving his skills in various software programs essential for professional football analysis. He is currently employed at the Austrian football club LASK.

MARIJAN TUKERIĆ (CRO)

Marijan is a successful sports professional and an expert in football data analysis. He holds a Master’s degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Zagreb and is a UEFA A licensed coach. He currently works as a data analyst scout for the first team of 1. FC Nürnberg specialises in player recruitment and evaluation through advanced statistical and analytical methodologies. With over a decade of international experience, Marijan has built his career at the intersection of player development, tactical analysis, and sports diagnostics. He gained professional experience at FC Barcelona, working with youth teams under the club’s renowned methodology, and further developed his expertise in Swiss clubs such as FC United Zürich (assistant coach), Grasshopper Club Zürich, and FC Rapperswil-Jona. In addition to club football, he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at SAFP (Swiss Association of Football Players) and as a sports diagnostics specialist at the University of Zagreb. He is fluent in Croatian, German, and English, enabling him to operate effectively in an international football environment.

ALEKSANDAR JANKOVIĆ (SRB)

Aleksandar is a highly experienced strength and conditioning specialist with more than twenty years of experience in elite football. He began his professional career in individual preparation of top-level athletes before moving into club roles with FC Vojvodina, FC Xi’an Chanba Renhe, and FC Levski Sofia. Between 2016 and 2019, he was part of the Serbia U-19 national team staff, and he spent nearly a decade as a key member of the performance team at FC Vojvodina. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Head of Performance and Strength & Conditioning at Red Star Belgrade, where he also led the academy’s sport science department. In 2025, he took on the role of Head of Performance at Sharjah FC in the UAE. Aleksandar holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management, the UEFA B License, and the UEFA Fitness A License. He specialises in training process management and performance optimisation. He speaks Serbian and English and brings extensive experience working in international environments.

ARIS NAGLIĆ (CRO)

Aris Naglić is a performance and conditioning specialist with extensive experience in elite European football. From 2013 to 2021, he served as Head of Performance at HNK Rijeka, where he helped the team win three Croatian Cups, a national championship title, and reach the UEFA Europa League group stage twice. He was also part of the coaching staff of the Croatia U-21 national team under Igor Bišćan. His international career includes roles at FC Maribor, Vejle BK, and in the Russian Premier League, first with FC Pari Nizhny Novgorod, and currently as a fitness coach at FC Zenit St. Petersburg. Aris holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Sports Medicine, the UEFA Fitness A License, and specialises in load monitoring and performance optimisation. He speaks six languages and works successfully in diverse international environments.

MATEJ HOČEVAR (SVN)

Matej is an internationally recognised expert in strength, conditioning and rehabilitation with extensive experience in professional football and elite sport. He is the co-founder and co-owner of VigorGround, an elite performance centre working with nearly one thousand professional and recreational athletes. He has served as Head of Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation at Olimpija Ljubljana and NK Bravo (first team, U17 and U19), as well as an S&C and rehabilitation consultant at NK Primorje. In addition to his club work, Matej is actively involved in education. He is a lecturer in the ALTIS Master’s Program, lead educator for the UEFA Fitness A and Pro licenses, and head of the VigorGround mentoring program. He holds a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from St. Mary’s University, London, and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Fluent in multiple languages, he works successfully in international professional environments, combining scientific methodology, applied practice and individualised player development.

MARKO VASILJEVIĆ (SRB)

Marko is an experienced specialist in strength, conditioning and sports analytics, with over fifteen years of experience in professional football and elite sport. He is part of the coaching staff at Red Star Belgrade, where he contributes as a strength and conditioning coach in the planning, monitoring and analysis of the first team’s training process. With the red-and-whites, he has won six consecutive league titles, several cup trophies and participated in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. In addition to his club work, he collaborates with the Serbian Institute of Sport and Sports Medicine, focusing on sports diagnostics, research and rehabilitation of elite athletes. He has also worked within Red Star’s youth academy, supporting the development of young players. Marko has been involved in numerous national and international projects, continuously advancing his expertise in monitoring systems, biomechanics, sports science, and rehabilitation. He combines a scientific approach, practical application and extensive top-level experience, sharing his knowledge with precision and dedication with the next generation of professionals.

MARKO MATUŠINSKIJ (CRO)

Marko Matusinskij is a respected sports science and strength & conditioning specialist with extensive experience in elite football. He currently serves as Head of Sports Science at Ultrax Technologies, where he leads the development of performance monitoring systems and directs the Ultrax Science Hub and Sunset Performance Lab. From 2019 to 2023, he worked as Academy Physical Coordinator at GNK Dinamo Zagreb, contributing to the first team, B team, and youth categories. He also served as a physical coach for the Croatian U21 National Team. Marko lectures for the Croatian Football Federation, the University of Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology, and the Football Science Institute. He has worked with NK Istra, NK Rudeš, NK Lokomotiva and within the Baskonia Alaves Group. He holds a master’s degree in kinesiology and multiple professional certifications, including the UEFA A Fitness license.

KREŠIMIR ŠOŠ (CRO)

Krešimir is a distinguished Croatian expert in strength and conditioning, movement biomechanics, and athlete development in elite football. He completed his degree in kinesiology and earned a PhD in social sciences at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb. After his studies, he further developed his expertise through a four-year Feldenkrais Method program for movement development in Vienna, enriching his work with a holistic approach to movement and functional efficiency. With more than 25 years of active involvement in elite sport, he is one of the founders of the strength and conditioning program at Dinamo Football Academy and a co-author of the academy’s training curriculum, contributing to domestic titles as well as appearances in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. He worked for the Croatian Football Federation as a coordinator of physical conditioning for youth national teams up to the U21 level, where he played a key role in the development of numerous top-level footballers. As the head strength and conditioning coach of Legia Warsaw, he won the Polish championship and the national cup, and also worked at NK Gorica during a period of qualification battles for European competitions. He is the author of approximately fifteen scientific and professional papers, an external associate of the Faculty of Kinesiology, and a lecturer in biomechanics and at the Croatian Football Federation Academy. He is the owner of a centre for movement biomechanics, rehabilitation, and conditioning, where he applies modern diagnostics and individualised training methodologies.

Are there any conditions to enroll in the course?

There are no conditions for enrolling in the course, nor is previous football experience and knowledge required.

 

In which language is the course held?

The course for advanced football analysts is held in the Croatian-Serbian language.

 

How long is the advanced football analyst course?

The advanced football analyst course lasts 6 months and contains 6 modules.

 

Is the course held at some location or online?

Lectures are held “online live” via the Google Meet application, usually on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6 p.m. (CET).

 

How long are the lectures?

Each module has 5 lectures lasting 2-3 hours. In addition to classical lectures, each module also contains practical workshops.

 

What are practical workshops and how do they take place?

Practical workshops are interactive group lectures. They take place in the way of improving practical knowledge through various tasks of the imaginary club coaching staff, using various computer programs, applications and platforms for analysis and scouting.

 

As part of the course, do we get to use various programs/platforms for analysis and scouting?

Yes. During the course you will get free access to various computer programs used by experienced analysts in the best European clubs – period of use up to 6 months.

 

What happens if you cannot attend the lecture?

All lectures are recorded, so if you are unable to attend, we will send you a video recording. The school rules require 70% live attendance in order for the student to take the final exam.

 

 

How does the final exam take place?

The final exam contains four tasks, which you will learn beforehand during lectures and practice workshops. The final exam is a simulation of the weekly microcycle in the club. Each student has the opportunity to choose a mentor who will guide him in preparing the final exam.

 

Is there any kind of certificate after completing the course?

After successful completion of the final exam, we award the AFI certificate for advanced football analyst.

 

When does the course start and how many times a year does it take place?

The advanced football analyst course is held twice a year. Starting in April and October.

 

How is the course payment made?

Payment is made by credit card through the web shop on our website. Possibility of paying up to six installments.
